Our Client is a multinational and leading producer of seafood in GERMANY. With a state-of-the-art technology, careful craftsmanship, diverse and high-quality product range, and highly motivated employees, our Client is looking for PRODUCTION WORKERS (Ladies) to join its outstanding team.
JOB DETAILS
Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Line Supervisor/Leader, you will work to meet production targets and ensure that you contribute towards the efficiency of the production line while complying with relevant quality food safety and people safety rules and regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Arrange fish on conveyor belt in readiness for pre-cooking
- Manually Fill cans with pre-cooked fish prior to can seaming
- Meet and exceed hourly production targets
- Participate in production efficiency projects
- Comply with quality and food safety protocols
- Ensure full compliance with personal protective equipment requirement
- Comply with equipment safety rules and regulations
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum of WASSCE qualification or any other relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant post qualification experience
- Ability/readiness to work with raw and precooked fish
- Readiness to learn and adapt to new things
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Readiness to learn the German Language
